Now, witnessing the pure joy on your child's (or grandchild's) face brings that joy full circle. Perhaps your family includes a second, third, or even fourth-generation 4-H member, proudly displaying their livestock or static exhibit. Did your first concert experience happen at the Fair? Over time, sitting in reserved seats, you've grown familiar with the folks beside you. For many, the Fair serves as the annual rendezvous point with school friends and family, a tradition upheld year after year. Meeting with friends, listening to good music, and indulging in those beloved fair treats that only come around once a year is something that lives on year after year. As you enjoy the 2024 Great Jones County Fair, my wish is that you uphold cherished traditions while also embarking on new ones, ensuring a lively blend of experiences for years to come.
